Non-profit organizations face many internal and external challenges which have been amplified by the turbulence of COVID-19. The pandemic is not a “one and done” event. Organizational and social changes driven by COVID-19 are significant, and many will continue for the foreseeable future. As the environment continues to evolve, the survival of many nonprofits is at risk. Thriving in the coming months will require nonprofits to innovate and build high levels of organizational resilience.
