As we navigate the realities of the pandemic it is even more important for leaders to create trauma inclusive workspaces, in the office and in remote work environments.

Participants will develop a racially equitable understanding of trauma, learn about the ways that it manifests in the workplace, and begin to develop concrete skills to apply to supervision, decision-making and other areas of leadership and organizational functioning.

This training is for those in official and unofficial leadership positions, and anyone who wants to have a better understanding of the implications of trauma at work and be better equipped to manage these challenges.
